Human Design is based on your time, date, and place of birth and from this information, we can generate a BodyGraph or your Human Design Chart. We’re all on a unique path and through Human Design you can uncover your unique energetic blueprint.
Human Design is supportive, empowering, practical, and it serves as a beautiful guide to be at your best in your life, business, career, and relationships.
There is so much to discover in your BodyGraph or Human Design Chart. For example, your energy type which you may have looked up or heard of before. There are five different energy types Manifestors, Manifesting Generators, Generators, Projectors and Reflectors. There are lots of empowering and practical steps you can take simply by knowing your energy type and how to work with your natural energy rather than against it. For example, you’ll discover how to better structure your days, how to create better boundaries, and a more supportive and nurturing self-care practice.
Human Design is complex, and there are many layers, and knowing your energy type is one of the first steps. I'm always learning something new about myself through my Human Design Chart. Or I’m diving deeper into a certain aspect of my chart, which provides a deeper level of awareness and understanding of myself and others too.
