The Power of Hypnotherapy with Vanessa Donlan

I’m honoured to welcome Vanessa Donlan to The Debra Shepherd Podcast. 

Vanessa is a clinical hypnotherapist, and nervous system focused practitioner, who supports women through periods of dis-regulation, and subconscious change. With a background in holistic health, Vanessa helps women move from survival mode, into grounded confidence and clarity.  

Vanessa is the author of Midlife Magic - Manifestation, Hypnosis and Motivation, and the creator of The 5-Day Blueprints, combining clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and practical tools to create lasting change. Vanessa’s work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply focused on helping women feel safe, calm, and connected to themselves again.
