I’m Debra Shepherd, a Sydney-based Business and Communications Strategist, Coach and Podcast Host. I help service-based entrepreneurs clarify their message and visibility strategy so they can create a cohesive, resonant brand and build their presence without burning out.

With 25 years of experience as a Communications Specialist working across a broad range of industries and 13 years as a business owner, I bring a strategic, grounded, intuitive, and holistic approach. I hold a Master’s in Communication Management, qualifications in Life and Success Coaching, Statement of Attainment in Mental Health, Human Design Certification and training in PR, event management and Reiki.

I love one-to-one coaching and mentoring because I know how valuable the right guidance and support can be and how quickly it can transform a business.
