As your Business Coach and Mentor, I’ll help you increase your visibility and build your profile, presence and business simply and sustainably by focusing on three core areas. Together, we will reconnect, review and realign.
Reconnect - Rebuild your connection through Human Design so you understand how to best use your energy, create opportunities, and make aligned decisions that bring ease and flow. Here you’ll reconnect to your voice, values, message, energy and leadership vision.
Review - Together we complete a visibility and communication audit. We identify what is aligned, what is draining you, and what needs to shift. In this phase, we review your message, content, and current visibility activity.
Realign - We realign your approach to visibility so you can communicate with consistency, ease and authority. Are you ready to communicate more meaningfully, lead well, create success and have more ease, joy and meaning in your life and business?

Business Coaching FAQs

All coaching calls are held via Zoom, Teams or by phone. You’ll receive an email prior to each session to prepare for each coaching call. You will receive a summary after each call so you can implement immediately.

You’ll have direct access to me via email for quick questions or feedback. Email support is available during the following business hours. Tuesday to Friday between 11am and 3pm (AEDT).

At the end of the three-months, you’ll have a clear path forward. If you would like more support, there is an opportunity to continue working with me 1:1 on a month-by-month basis for integration and accountability.

mentoring leaders, entrepreneurs and service-based business owners.With more than 25 years of experience as a Communications Specialist, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting hundreds of businesses across a range of industries including business services, human resources and recruitment, fashion, real estate, construction, manufacturing, wellness, hospitality and healthcare.
My mission is simple. To help you communicate meaningfully, lead well, create success and experience more ease, joy and meaning in your life and business.
My approach is strategic, grounded, intuitive, and to the point. My extensive experience is backed by a Masters in Communication Management, qualifications in Life and Success Coaching, Statement of Attainment in Mental Health, Human Design Guide Certification and training in Reiki, public relations and event management.
